Melonex Quality: FDA Registered Facility, GMP, Made in USA and Non-GMO Badges

Quick answer

The Melonex FDA registered facility line is printed on the label; the GMP, Made in USA and non-GMO images are the seller's badges. None names an auditor or certifier, and none shows lab results. Registration is not approval, and GMP is a rule every supplement maker must follow.

01The five badges

What quality badges come with Melonex?

Melonex comes with five badges in the seller's image set. Only two of them match a line printed on the bottle.

The five are an FDA registered facility roundel, a GMP seal, a foreign-and-domestic ingredients seal, a non-GMO seal and a money-back seal. No certificate sits behind any of them.

Think of a badge as a headline. It tells you what the seller wants noted. The proof, if there is any, is a paper with a name, a date and a scope. That paper is not published here.

FDA registered facility badge
FDA registered facility

Matches the label's facility line. Registration lists a building with FDA; it is not approval of the product or the plant.

Good Manufacturing Practice badge
Good Manufacturing Practice

GMP is the federal rule every supplement maker must follow (21 CFR 111). The badge names no auditor.

Foreign and domestic ingredients badge
Foreign and domestic ingredients

The label agrees: made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. The countries are not named.

Non-GMO badge
Non-GMO

A seller badge. No certifier is named and the label itself prints no non-GMO claim.

Money-back guarantee badge
Money-back guarantee

The seller lists a 60-day money-back guarantee with at least 30 days of use and a 20% restocking fee. Confirm the live policy.

The badges are taken from the seller's image set. A badge is a claim, not a certificate: none names a certifier, lab or audit. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Is it really FDA approved?), and every supplement maker must follow the GMP rule anyway (21 CFR Part 111 (CGMP)).

02FDA line

What does Melonex FDA registered facility mean?

Melonex FDA registered facility means the label says the plant is listed with FDA. It does not mean FDA approved the plant or the capsule.

The label reads: "This product has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility." FDA says registering a building does not denote approval of it, and it does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness (FDA, Is it really FDA approved?).

The seller's roundel. It repeats the label line and adds no document.

What the line does show

  • The maker told FDA the building exists
  • The building falls under federal supplement rules

What it leaves out

  • The factory name and address
  • Any inspection result
  • Any test of this lot

The label does not name the manufacturer. It names a distributor, Instituto Experience, Lakeland FL 33804.

03GMP

Is Melonex GMP certified?

We found no GMP certificate for Melonex. The GMP seal is the seller's image, and GMP itself is a federal rule, not a prize.

Good Manufacturing Practice, in 21 CFR Part 111, covers staff, plant, equipment, quality control, batch records, lab work and complaints (21 CFR Part 111 (CGMP)). Every supplement maker must meet it. A company that says "GMP" is saying it follows the law.

A GMP certificate from a named auditor would be a different thing. It would give a name, a date and the plant it covers. The Melonex seal gives none of those.

The GMP seal. It names no auditor.

Ask the seller for three things.

  1. The plant name

The label does not give it.

  2. The auditor

    Who checked, and when.

  3. The lot report

A lab report for the lot on your bottle.

04Origin

Is Melonex made in the USA?

The label says Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. That is a qualified claim, so it does not say the ingredients are American.

The FTC treats an unqualified Made in USA claim as "all or virtually all" made in the U.S. A qualified claim must show how much is domestic and that the product is not wholly so (FTC, Made in USA standard). Melonex uses the qualified form.

The label does not say where the arginine or citrulline were made. Ask the order desk if origin matters to you.

05Non-GMO

Is Melonex non-GMO?

The seller shows a non-GMO seal, but the label itself prints no non-GMO claim and no certifier is named.

A non-GMO seal normally comes from a third-party program that audits ingredients. This one names none. So the seal is a statement by the seller, not a verified result.

The simple test

If a claim is on the badge but not on the bottle, ask for the paper. A real certificate lists a program, a product and a date.

What quality documents are missing?

No lab report, no certificate and no plant name is published for Melonex. Two codes are on file, and both are seller references.

The seller lists lot M-26/ME-3161 and CoA reference M-3161-26-ME. A CoA is a certificate of analysis, a lab sheet for a lot. We have not seen the sheet, so the code proves nothing yet.

07Money-back seal

What does the money-back seal promise?

The money-back seal points to a 60-day guarantee with strings: 30 days of use, sealed bottles, a 20% restocking fee and your own return postage.

The seller's order page and FAQ set these terms. The return must begin within 60 days of purchase. Shipping and customs fees are not refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method 5-10 business days after the return is verified.

08Your move

How do I check a Melonex bottle myself?

Read the label, check the seal, match the lot and store it cool and dry.

  • Do not use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing
  • Keep it away from heat, light and humidity
  • Keep it out of reach of children

09FAQ

Melonex quality questions

Is Melonex FDA registered?

According to the label, it was made in an FDA registered facility. That is a building listing, not approval of the plant or the capsule. FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Is it really FDA approved?). The plant itself is not named on the label.

Does Melonex have a GMP certificate?

None is published. The GMP seal is the seller's image and names no auditor. GMP is a federal rule every supplement maker must follow (21 CFR Part 111 (CGMP)), so the word alone sets Melonex apart from no one.

Where is Melonex made?

The label says Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. It does not name the factory, the town or the countries of origin of the raw materials, so you cannot trace it from the bottle alone.

Is Melonex non-GMO verified?

No verification is shown. The non-GMO seal comes from the seller, the label prints no such claim, and no certifier is named. Ask for the certificate if this matters to you.

Are the Melonex badges real certificates?

They are seller images, and no certificate is on file for any of the five. They repeat or add to label lines. Treat each as a claim until a named third party backs it with a document.

Has Melonex been lab tested?

A CoA code is listed, M-3161-26-ME, but no lab report is published. Without the sheet we cannot say what was tested, by whom, or whether it matches your lot.
