What information does melonexheart.com collect?
Only what reaches us when you load a page, click an order button or write to us. We do not ask for your name, age, health history or address to read any page.

What happens when I email the website inbox?
We read it and reply from the same inbox. The address is [email protected], staffed Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET.
Your email address and message are used to answer you. We may keep the thread so a later reply makes sense and so we can fix a mistake on a page.

Is this site meant for children, and do you want my health details?
No to both. Melonex is for adults, and the label tells anyone under 18 to ask a physician first. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If a parent finds that a child has emailed us, write to the inbox and we will delete the message.
Health details are the same story. Nothing on this site needs your blood pressure, diagnosis or medicine list.
